Chiron Kinetix
Movement as Medicine
Chiron, a centaur from Greek mythology, symbolizes the wounded healer who lives despite his wounds and uses his whole being to heal himself and then share that hard gained knowledge with others. Chiron reveals that we all have wounds and we all have ways in which we survive those wounds, and the ways with which we survive, inform the way we live. This manifest in the body and in the mind and can help us much as they can hinder. By embracing all the parts of yourself, even if some feel strange, or wild, you get to know them and perhaps understand them. Our bodies are designed to move. It is through movement that we become embodied, aware, present and it is through this presence that we begin to heal.
